Ms. Harvey is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Purpose Work LLC, which is a successful Business & Professional Development firm. Ms. Harvey executes all facets of daily operations which included client cultivation and solicitation, sales and marketing, risk management, staff management and recruitment, cost and budget management, contract negotiations, infrastructure development, and Human Resources.

Ms. Harvey believes that the stability of future generations is heavily dependent on the STEM related advancements of the current generations. It will take all of us to pour knowledge, guidance, and quality into our young people to ensure the inclusion of Black and Brown Girls and Boys in STEAM & STEM courses over the next two decades.

Ms. Harvey is on the Board of Directors at Leadership Loudoun where she hold the position of Program Coordinator. In this position she develops and facilitates the curriculum of learner-focused leadership development training in diversity & inclusion, servant leadership, innovation, relationship building, and integrity, for emerging community leaders. Ms. Harvey is also the Board of Directors at HUBZone Contractors National Council where she is the Economic Development Chair.

Ms. Harvey is also the CEO of Fifty Leven™ wine. Fifty Leven™ is a lifestyle brand for the professional, the innovator, and the boss who lives in their own lane.

Ms. Harvey holds a Masters degree in Education from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Winston State University.
